  • Check-in, gate & transit services – Our staff is trained in the main DCS of the aviation market.

  • Services for passengers with special needs – Assistance and inter airport transportation (wheelchairs, buggys and ambulifts) for passengers with reduced mobility (PRM), UM escort, other special escorts.

  • Ticketing and reservation services – Our staff is trained in the main ticketing and reservation systems of the aviation market, airport ticketing sales desk, rebooking, ticket sales, reservations, rerouting, overweight luggage fees.

  • Customer service unit – Irregularity service support, delays, cancellation, denied boarding, special requests, hotel reservations, passengers and crew transportation.

  • Luggage services – Lost & found, luggage tracing, luggage fixing and replacement, storage, passenger compensation, Ron kits, temporary wheelchairs and baby stroller replacements, luggage sorting supervision, manual baggage reconciliation (BRS).



Aircraft Servicing, Operations and Ramp Handling
  • Ramp supervision – Our staff is trained to handle all types of aircrafts, from small private jets to large B747-400s, including passenger, cargo, combi, military, and corporate jets, from all manufacturers (Airbus, Boeing, Embrair and more).

  • Load control – Our staff is trained in most of the DCS. All basic and recurrent training is conducted in SWISSPORT Zurich with all necessary licenses. Our load controllers are also trained ramp supervisors (loadmasters).

  • Traffic and operations: Flight ops messages (MVT, LDM etc), AFP filing, flight monitoring, irregularity operations support, liaising with various port authorities, meteorological and aeronautical information, communication with cockpit and airlines operations.

  • Ramp assistance and safety – Chocks and safety cones, wing walkers, FOD inspections, aircraft walk-around, ground to flight deck communication, ULD control and more.

  • GSE & maintenance support – GPU, aircraft push and tow for all aircrafts types and size (conventional + towbars and towbarless tractors), ASU, ACU, arrangements for all necessary aircraft maintenance.



Duty Managers & Key Account Managers
  • 24-hour Duty Managers are experienced and trained to control and supervise all our activities, providing solutions to all problems airlines might face during operations, 24 hours a day.

  • Key Account Managers – Replacing the traditional station manager, responsible for flight checks, quality assurance, suppliers’ billing checks and more.
